About Me
The Capital Region has always been my home. For 19 years, I balanced a high stress career in corporate America with raising a family. I know it took a toll on me. And throughout those years, I watched members of my family, as well as colleagues, experience severe migraines and back pain. When the time came for a career change, I wanted a livelihood that really helped people…massage therapy was it.
I am a 2011 graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, New York. I am a New York Licensed Massage Therapist and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. My education includes orthopedic injury recovery, TMJ, Migraine/chronic headaches, head, neck, and facial pain. In my practice I specialize in musculoskeletal injuries. My goal is to assist in the healing process or pain management related to injuries, medical conditions, and everyday stress. I have provided sport massage to athletes at many events including the IronMan in Lake Placid, the Mohawk Hudson Run, the Tour De Cure, and the Pedal for the Pink. I like to think there is a little athlete in all of us. |
